[BUG] Recycling a structure while researching removes the ability to ever research that upgrade for

<div class="IPBDescription">help how I phase gate???/</div>I've encountered this error twice. I have a habit of moving quickly through hotkeys and also use V as my voice key in game and as a result the other day accidentally recycled my obs as it was halfway through researching phase tech while trying to give an order to some marines. Woops! Oh well, cancel that recycle, but wait! Now the research phase gate option has disappeared and I can't build a phase gate? So I recycle the obs and drop another obs and get out and build it with a buddy. Jump back in - no phase tech option.

I ended up leaving the server because we couldn't get phase gates no matter what. I f4'ed, came back, jumped out and back into the chair, swore at my computer in two different languages and finally had someone else try and research them and they too couldn't see the option to research them and agreed that we were stuck without them for that round. It cleared itself up next game I joined but it was mighty frustrating.
I wasn't sure if it was a one-off thing or a reproducible problem, but just last night I jumped into a game and was trying a 9minute dual exo rush when I happened to do my wonderous recycle trick all over again but this time with the arms lab. Lo and behold, when I rebuilt my arms lab and jumped back in the chair I found that I couldn't see or research any armour upgrades and everyone was forever stuck on level 1.
Needless to say my squishier than expected Exo rush was rather timid in nature. We won, but it was nowhere near as glorious.
TL;DR it seems when I quickly cancel+recycle via holding down the V key(microphone key) it removes the upgrade entirely from the game for the duration of the round and even a new commander won't be able to fix it.
