    I got it, can play on Very High DX11 +Tessellation -Dynamic DOF at 1600x1200 on my Extra Loud OC'd GTX 460 and be constantly over 30fps. Usually in the 40's, sometimes 70's. DOF Takes it down to a constant 20ish.
