Pre-game/warmup time.

Hi guys,
Tried posting this question in one of the admin tools threads and didn't get a response so I thought I'd try creating a topic about this.
Pre-game/warmup time is a bit low by default and often times causes games to start with only two or three players in each team. I have played on servers that have longer warmup times (like HBZ servers) and would like to know how to do this on my server.
I have DAK admin tools installed on it - but even looking through the config files and using the readme available I still haven't found a way to modify this.
Does anyone know, therefore, how one can change pre-game time?
Any help would be much appreciated!
