Personal Server Blacklist

Add a personal server blacklist (like in tf2 for example), so you can prevent certain servers from showing up in your list. Maybe with a possiblity to add a reason, but it isn't really required, as long you can put them on a blacklist.

Reasons should be obvious, for one black listing servers you do not like for whatever reason (ie. laggy, bad admins, bad mapcycle, w/e)

Do want, even if just so I can blacklist the ridiculous servers that autokick before full.
