Modded games section in forum?

I have been hunting around the forum here looking for a section for discussing moded gameplay (ie Combat and classic) but it does not appear to exist. I am able to find the odd post here and there but nothing really dedicated to it. A place for discussing things like balance issues specific to the particular moded gameplay, map layout discussions, feature wish lists, etc, would be nice. Could be I am just not looking hard enough and it does already exist (if this is indeed the case, I apologize in advance and could someone fire me off a link). Is this something any of you other forum goers would like?

There is a <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/index.php?showforum=106" target="_blank">Modding Forum</a>. While it tends to be a bit more technical (since it often discusses <i>how</i> to mod), it still has some interesting discussions.
