BUG: cant bind capslock

Problem:
Cant bind caps lock key
To cause bug:
* go into options -> bindings
* set key 'drop weapon' to capslock
* key displays as Capita
* start game
* press caps lock
Behavior:
Expected- weapon drops
Actual- nothing happens
Extra info:
It seems quite a few people in my clan use 'CAPS' as voice comms. I cant see any reason why these freaks shouldnt be able to have their deviant little keybindings (even through they are clearly insane).
