Streaming Question

because im a network noob
Okay so I've got my streaming channel for comp games running (www.twitch.tv/CakesCasts) and I can get fantastic quality for competitive casts and when I command I can stream pretty well. But as soon as I try to play marine or skulk it all goes to ######. It pixelates the entire time and it's quite annoying. I tried messing around with the settings but I clearly have no idea what I'm doing. I use OBS (v0.448a) with DXTORY (2.0.119) and like I said it works beautifully on comp casting. I know I need to turn some settings down to stream my awful marine/skulk play but I'm not quite sure what.
My specs:
Core i7 950 @ 3.07GHz
8gb RAM
Geforce GTX 470 (all drivers current)
OBS settings:
Quality - 10 (shifting this doesn't seem to change much?)
Max Bitrate - 2000 kb/s
Buffer Size - 3000 kb/s
FPS - 25
under Advanced -> Video -> x264 CPU Preset: faster
Advanced -> Network -> checked Use Send Buffer Size (default on): 1460
DXTORY settings:
FPS - 25
the rest is just default as far as i know, except keybinds and stuff
These are some of the bad streams: (it says 60fps but it's not, it's at 25, never changed it)

http://www.twitch.tv/cakescasts/b/344421152
Compared to the comp play cast:

Any suggestions? I'll provide more information if needed.

It performs much better then Xplit and as of last week has canvas stuff (scenes). however it is still missing one vital thing for casting. A stream delay, which is on their to do list. But for casual FPS gameplay (pubbing), I'd say give it a try :)
Your i7 is a bit low on the raw GHz speed though and as Volcano said NS2 eats CPU's for breakfast. Especially when they are near/around the 3.0Ghz range...
