Replacing the motion tracking circle

I can't begin to express how much i hate the motion tracking circle. it obscures what you're actually trying to fire at, making it a drastic impediment to aiming when aliens are on the screen. are there any plans to change the way motion tracking works?

    Check the NS2 Steam Workshop and look for "Simple Waypoints & Scan Circles".

    Doesn't that get stuck in the consistency check though? I too find it to obscuring of vision, but that seems to be what they're going for. :>

    had this problem last night.

    They need to make it so the scan circle goes away when you can actually see the thing the circle is centered on. ( like it was in NS1)

    nope, not checked by default. Tempests' mod is the only one that will block it but I asked him to remove those from it so we'll see. Should work on 99% of servers though.
