Adding new win-conditions to prevent F4/concede

Turteling marines arent fun for most players. The game is decided 10 minutes ago but there is still no end in sight. F4ing isent a viable option. Some players with low experience start pressing F4 way to early when there is still a good chance to win. Hopping in rdy-room while the game is inbalanced with 7 vs 10 players isent fun and brokes the game. Selling the IPs is also not a viable option. There are always some people who dont like the decision of the comm (legitimate or not) making them rage which is disturbing the atmosphere between players. (and aliens dont have such an option)

What we need is a solid solution which is set by the game itself(by UWE. Do something godd**** >_<). Some people are wanting a concede-button which is also a fine solution.

But what if we can just add a new win-condition that makes F4ing or voting for concede sensless? Big pro is that wouldnt touch the gameing-flow.

For exampel:
Team A and B. Every team got a 120 second timer. There are 10 RTs on the map. If team A own 80 % (maybe 90 % are better) of all RTs, then the timer of team B is starting running down. When the timer is reaching 0 the game is lost. The timer can stopped any time if team B can recapture 1 (or 2) RT.

    Like Capture the Point. Sounds like a good fun mode I do like it but I dont think it will work for this type of game with aliens not needing builders to build.
