Main Landing Screen Flashes Textures then Dark Background?

<div class="IPBDescription">Its so weird</div>I never had this problem before on my laptop. Laptop just updated to latest patch. (Havent played NS2 on my laptop for a monthish, been playing on my pc)
Tried changing all the graphics settings, resolution settings, windowed/full screen mode, etc. Still no change.
Anyone else see this problem?

It changed my AA settings to a set level and unchecked my "Use Application Settings".
Issue resolved. :/ sigh* still 15ish fps. oh well.. back to my PC to play. (Its 4 years old and still gets 60+ FPS all high settings and my laptop is only 6 months old. =x thats what i get for getting an i3. :/)
