2+ hour game

<div class="IPBDescription">Just wanted to share</div>The game started with 6vs6. The match was pretty balanced. There was almost no stalling. There was constant action. Aliens were down from 3 hives to 1 at least twice, and then aliens finally won the game.

It was a lot of fun! Did anybody play a longer game?

My longest so far is 90 something minutes on Veil. I love how different games can turn out depending on the teams. NS2 owns.

Had a 1 hour 40 minute game, Aliens won in the end but was most enjoyable game ever.

Long back and forth games like that are a ton of fun. That's what NS is at its best IMO.

I had a pretty epic game today, think it was about 70 minutes or so. This game is a ###### ton of fun, despite it's issues here and there. Wish my PC handled it better :P

This is DUKE and we did not lose we just recycled everything to end the game because it was a draw. Fun game I know Azure killed me plenty of times, lol

Sounds Epic! I have had some long games, but nothing much above an hour.

I remember in NS1 I had a couple of nearly 4 hour games. They were magical.

Evolve Onos, go take a piss and run back before you hatch....those were the days.

over 6 hours here on NS1 :D turtled in waste processing as marines, relcoated to the incredibly high up res node, then slowly heavied up and sent the train out to win :D lol

In ns2, i played in a 3 hour game, turtling in sub access as aliens, sub hive was a shade, so i placed shades around the hive, and moved upgraded whips around in the corridors so that their comm kept walking his arc train into bile bombing whips, held out till i had the res to pwnos and ran out to take fc, and swing the barn door all the way throgh atrium and data :D was epic. lol

I commanded aliens a near 2 hour game on Docking, had a bunch of great players on each team. We were eventually down to 1 hive and 2 extractors 1 hour in but we managed to pull back by forcing beacons over and over. Eventually got our second hive, took locker rooms after forcing beacons and silently taking out cafe and went on to win the game. Even better was as the exos were pushing into our last hive in generator, the marines started typing gg to us. Needless to say, that gg for them never happened :)

Yeah epic games like that with 2 equally skilled teams, 2 solid comms and people who listen and communicate and either game can go either way is such a blast to play, even if you lose it's still totally epic. It was either a 20 or 24 player server so it felt even more epic pushing into that last base.

218 minutes of horror. I was in this game for the first 30 minutes or so, and came back around the 210 mark to see it still going strong. I don't think a single person (except for maybe the comms) lasted the full game.

You recyceld after we took down your last command chair, and we had whips and infestations on almost every corner of the map. There's no way you could make a come back. But good game anyway. Both teams were close to losing at some point in the game, so I guess the wiiner could have been either of us. But you recyceld when all hope was lost.
