Join late Auto-Egg Lock needs to be updated

On big player servers after a long game people usually take a few minutes before joining the next game
Other times people will be aggressively humping one team's join box while the other is empty in the RR <i>(sometimes this goes on for minutes)</i>
When people join the game late they spawn in which is fine for marines usually, but not fine for aliens at the start of the game
They basically go into egg lock instantly and this needs to change
I'm thinking that for the first 3-4 minutes of the game when a new player joins a team <u>for the first time</u> that they spawn into the room as normal
If they RR or if it's past the time limit then they no longer get this benefit
