"Timeout" every attempt to connect

Hi there,

I posted this a week ago but go no response. Since this issue is only related to NS2 and no other games/steam, I find this quite frustrating, like I just wasted my money.

My game works fine, and I can play by myself in explore mode. I connect to a server, it tries to authenticate, then I timeout. I have yet to connect to a server in maybe 60 tries and 2-3 hours of attempts and troubleshooting?

All other games like TF2, HoN, SC2 all work... I can download from torrents fine, etc.

I have a CLEAR spot Voyager router... it's very strange, I connect it via USB to my computer and it picks up a 4G signal.

I tried pretty much every fix on here I could find, including
-enabling "-tcp"
-I made sure windows firewall is off
-I reinstalled/verified files... twice
-setting max ping to 500 in steam
-retrying after failed connection to a serve
-changing the masterserver file
-tried connecting to servers that have been "favorited"

Here is my log: http://pastebin.com/Fsc7ctVs

Sorry you are having problems and that I didn't notice your thread (i volunteer my time around here but everyday is a new list of threads!)

Have you looked through this thread?
    http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/in...howtopic=124418

Also i need more info from you, such as a log.txt with net_log 3 enabled in the console, as well as your router type & ISP provider.
    Thanks!

I read through that thread already, and provided that information already. But again:

    Attempts I've tried:
    -enabling "-tcp"
-I made sure windows firewall is off
    -I reinstalled/verified files... twice
-setting max ping to 500 in steam
-retrying after failed connection to a serve
    -changing the masterserver file
-tried connecting to servers that have been "favorited"
-disabling various router settings such as disabling wifi/ssdi

    Here is my net_log 3: http://pastebin.com/Fsc7ctVs

My ISP is Clear and the router I am using is called Spot Voyager... here is the product page http://www.clear.com/devices/details/id/de...AR-Spot-Voyager
I connect it to my computer via USB (so it's not a wifi issue!!)

So you did. I am blind.

    Hmm..

Looks like your connection went down as this happens.
Resembles the UDP flooding symptoms. Or it could be because you are using wireless.
Have you tried changing your wireless channel?

IF you can, try changing this in your router settings:
Max NAT/Firewall Session Per User : Change from default 1024 to the max 4096
