Since build 230, no servers

All filters are off except for filter empty, repeatedly refreshed and no servers come into the listing. If I take the filter empty option off, I get a list of servers but most of them the build is out of date. They're all empty, I join them and the game runs in a stuttering sort of way. I tried reinstalling twice, the second time around completely removing all files related to NS2, didn't work. I tried the tips in the help thread concerning this issue, nothing. Anyone else having this issue? Has UW confirmed this as an official bug with build 230?

    The game is on build 232, sounds like your game is outdated. Try to see if you can get steam to update your client.

    Hmmm, strange. When I try to update it it remains at build 230.

    Try to uninstall and reinstall to start fresh.
