frequent freezing - game unplayable

<div class="IPBDescription">Game freezing about 3 times a minute.</div>Hello community. My ns2 freezes about three times in a minute.
I have Nvidia gtx 680 4gb jetstream
i7 3770k ( 3.5ghz default clock)
4gb ddr3 1600hmz ram
650watt power supply.
OS: Win 7 64bit Home premium
Can this be a computer issue ? Because other games for example. CoD series, Counter strike series and WoW does not freeze, ever. Or is it an internet issue? I checked the temperature's during game, nothing is over 50c, other than Core0 sometimes. All drivers up to date, defragged HDD.

Got any suggestions to fix this?

I have identical specs to you, except I have 16 GB memory and a Radeon HD 7870. I run perfectly at 50-90 fps. Strange.

As much as this is a big problem for you, the competitive play forums aren't the right place to bring it up. I'm not sure where the proper channels are for reporting these kinds of issues though. Technical Support probably.

Hopefully a moderator will just move the topic to the appropriate location.
