Kill Server Command

Looking for a way to restart the server without going to hosts control panel.

I'm trying to get a script together for when a time is reached, (match time) any public players on the server are notified that the server will soon shutdown. After the notification period the server is killed (assuming the host has a auto restart here). Then the relevant tournament, password and map commands are sent.

Only problem is that I'm not aware of any rcon quit / restart command.

A kick @all command could work as well.

Any ideas?

    Since you say you have an external controller, the remote concommand "quit" should work to kill the server and your script should be able to start it up with the given parameters again.

    quit from rcon does nothing.
