Keyboard layout changes mid-game

Hi,
I've searched through the forum and most keyboard issues are at least two months old, so I started a new topic.
I cannot for the life of me figure out why this is happening, but it is occurring quite frequently.
While playing, my keyboard switches from AZERTY to QUERTY. As you can imagine, that gets you killed.
It seems other people had a similar issue (joining a server), but I seem to be the only one where the change happens while playing.
It could be something on my end, but NS2 is the only program/game where this occurs.
It happens while I'm moving. At least that is my assumption.
I'm going to try to remap any keys that might conflict between AZERTY and QUERTY, to see if it helps (ex. taunt and forward).
Any ideas? Anyone having a similar issue?
Most people who have an AZERTY keyboard speak French, so hopefully some of you are on this English forum. :)

Solution: Control panel > Language > Text Services and Input languages > Advanced key setting:
Disable shortcut.
