Capslock Cannot Be Bound

<div class="IPBDescription">It's missing from options.xml</div>Hey guys, I wanted to alert you to the fact that capslock is missing from the key bindings, but is selectable within the game. When you load up the game, you can hit capslock to bind a key and it will look like it is bound, but the key never actually binds within the options.xml file because the options file doesn't recognize capslock as a valid key. Frustration inevitably ensues as the game sets the key to the last valid bound key, and gives no explanation as to why. I want to set capslock to 'Special' and can't... please fix this, devs!
