What master server ip that NS2 dedicated server use?

Since last time I can't see my server on server list(no firewall).
I checked with ISP. It says there are a L7 filter, and it looks that UDP packet to master server has been blocked.
I try to open a SSL VPN, and it works.
I don't know which server ip is for master server communication. I don't want to direct all traffic to SSL VPN.
Does anybody know that master server ip?
Can I just use SSL VPN to communicate with master server and not SSL VPN to handle server?
