Tutorial Videos

I seem to be having an issue with the tutorial videos. when i click to play them nothing happens. when i go to play a game it asks me to view the tutorial video and clicking the video does nothing. i am also having the same problem as some others where explore mode loads up only to a black screen with the build in the corner and the ready room hotkey.
