<div class="IPBDescription">Because sometimes, it's hard to tell</div>I find that many times as a fade or lerk I am trying to really watch my health as I perform hit and runs. Then all of a sudden I'm dead. I think the main culprit for me is the lack of sounds to hits on me.
I think it'd be very helpful to have the clients play varying getting hit sounds based on the severity of damage being taken. Therefore if I get to half health I screech loudly or something, as it is the visual indicators do show damage, but when I'm caught up attacking and trying to stay close to my target it is difficult (for me at least) to tell how much damage is incoming unless I stare at my health count.
That change alone might increase fade and lerk survivability.
Marines too, aliens having silence shouldn't mean the marine doesn't scream in pain when hit.
