Will NS2 run on my laptop ?

Hi there , can you guys please tell me if my laptop can handle NS2 ? Here are my specs :

Acer 5738ZG
CPU : Pentium Dual Core T4300 2.10 GHz ( 2100 MHz)
Video card : ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570
RAM : 3 GB DDR3
OS: Windows XP Home Edition SP3

Oh , and one more thing , i can play Source games pretty well : L4D2 , Counter - Strike GO etc and other games like COD MW3 . I hope my oldie laptop can run it :D .

possibly. My work system "runs" the game its a dual core intel with an ati 3850. Runs with everything off and 800x600. Good enough for a lunch time break but I wouldnt want to play that way all the time.

I'm gonna say no. That 4570M is WAY below the minimum requirements. According to <a href="http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/video_lookup.php?gpu=MOBILITY+RADEON+HD+4530+%2F+4570&id=501" target="_blank">this</a> benchmark, it is comparable to a Radeon 9800 Pro or a GeForce 6800 at the most (high-end cards from 2003-2004). For reference, that ATI 3850 gets <a href="http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/video_lookup.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+3850&id=587" target="_blank">591</a>, almost double your score.

Your CPU fares better, but it still scores only <a href="http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Pentium+Dual-Core+T4300+%40+2.10GHz&id=1400" target="_blank">1,244</a> compared to <a href="http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_lookup.php?cpu=Intel+Core2+Duo+E8200+%40+2.66GHz&id=950" target="_blank">1,852</a> for the minimum requirement CPU (Core 2 Duo E8200).
