Failed to initiate rendering device

Hello wonderful people of NS2. I seem to be encountering an issue when trying to launch the game. I have tried launching via the steam launcher, a desktop shortcut, as well as the original .exe file in the folder. Granted the game was working as of two days ago flawlessly, and even after the most recent patch. I am running as an administer on windows 7 64 bit and enclosed is a dxdiag. I have tried going through every sticky on this subject in these forums and even tried my own searches with Google. I'm pretty lost as what it could be. Running the game with no other active programs didn't seem to account for the problem. I appreciate all insight given on the topic.
