A black screen appear when I start the game

I bought the game yesterday, when I start it a black screen appears but i can see my mouse and moove it and i hear the sound but i see a black sreen.
I have already tried the solution that you propose. But it didn't work, have you got an other solution?

Have you tried disabling mumble?
