Options to configure renderization in sony vegas for uploadiing ingames to youtube?

i would like to upload ingame videos, in HD, such as strayan does. i would like to know the configuration to put in sony vegas to be able to upload 30 mins games and dont have a file of 999999999999 GB

    Codec:
    h264 @ VBR 3000-5000Kbps (720p) or VBR 4000-7000kbps (1080p), both are already overkill for Youtube, but the crisper the source the crisper the output on YouTube.

    Audio: AAC (1 or 2) 256kbps Stereo

    Those are my settings
