Binding your primary mouse button to the Console allows you no way to rebind the console back, or unbind the Console from your primary mouse button. Unless, you know specific names of the bind commands from the console itself. Even doing so, still provides a challenge to bind or unbind the mouse button just because of how the devs have the mechanics of the binding system coded.

bind MouseButton0 PrimaryAttack

MouseButton0 (left click) MouseButton1 (right click) of course. There should be a system to not allow your primary interactive key/button to toggle something like the console. This binding was unintentional of course, and very easy to do from within the game menus. Since there is nothing distinctive showing that the current bind is selected and waiting for input, something like this can easily happen. Without knowing or having any prior experience with an in game Console, someone in this position is dead in the water. Especially without a reference to such commands and no intuitive support from within the console.

    Its known and reported.
The workaround is deleting both options.xml on your system.
