I'm looking to buy/rent a 14 slot server and I would like to know how I would go about it and how much the costs would be.

I dont have much computer programming ability so how much computer depth of knowledge would I need to know?

Is it hard to setup bots to fill the server that auto-disconnect and reconnect based on server fullness?

Anything else I should know?

    Hi SaniK,

    This would require minimal technical knowledge as you are given full FTP Access to modify your server settings as well as a client dashboard control panel to stop/start the server. The dashboard also shows a handful of information about how well your server is performing.

    The best feature is the NS2 Web Admin interface which gives you a list of players in real time and a console dump to read in-game chat. You can kick/ban/switch teams and such. You can also set the maplist and change map.

    Thank you for all the information, I really appreciate it.

    The question I had about bots to help fill the server when empty, is that doable?

    Do you allow split payments as I would like to share the server with my brother?

    I live in Fremont, CA do you have servers near San Jose or San Fransisco?

    Could I set up the server to play 2 games per one map and switch to the next map? Could I make it so if you played marines one map you would have to play aliens the next round and vise versa?
