Community-Made Balance notes for b229

<div class="IPBDescription">With lack of official notes, we take to the community!</div>Taking a look at the forums today, I noticed several threads complaining about supposed balance changes that were not gone over in the official patch notes. A few UWE devs have confirmed the accidental omission, but still have not released them.

So, in an effort to get something done instead of complaining, I am opening this thread to the community to post and discuss the balance changes in build 229. I will do my best to keep up with the thread and paste confirmed changes in the OP for easy reference. The only thing I ask is for everyone to be civil and not turn this thread into one of complaints or praise, merely the raw facts. Please, feel free to make threads on specific topics, but I want to keep this one relatively neutral. Anyways, off I go in-game and I shall update this with changes I have noted!

    - Camo now makes you completely invisible

    Great idea by the way. In another thread Cory stated that they wouldn't forget to include the balance notes for the next patch... which pretty much means the balance patch for this one isn't coming.

    This seems like the meat of the changes so far, but we will have to see as more replies come out of the woodwork ;)

    Might just be me but anyone else find any differences with blink and shadowstep?

    There's no delay after blinking before swipe anymore. It's back to being good.

    Shadowstep is the same (I continue to whine/cry about the return of the vertical vector on it - I miss it).

    Vortex doesn't activate if there's no enemy target in the bubble. Perhaps this is to prevent self-shield-spam?
