How to add server to fav list from in game

Is there any way for players to favorite a server from within the game? Players always ask how they can add a server to favorites and the only answer we have is to find it again in the server list and press the star next to the name of the server. Players and server operators would greatly benefit if there was a way to favorite a server from in game.

Perhaps a star before the server name in the scoreboard they can press would work? Alternatively, even a way to add a server by ip would be nice. Many users do not even bother trying to find the server to favorite it and instead just write down the ip address and use console to join.

Perhaps we could make a system where games wait 5 minutes before each actual round to help fill each team, make the quick join work, then make the server list alot more like the available arcade maps on SC except based on the maps for NS2.

The issue here is not so much filling the server. It fills up fast. The issue is that players want to return to the server and play again but have a hard time doing so. This makes it more difficult to build communities which is important to establishing a long term committed player base not just for the communities servers but also for the games future.
