Whip issue at ns2_docking

<div class="IPBDescription">Whips don't attack marines in certain map locations</div>When playing ns2_docking I placed numerous whips in Maintenance, both near harvester and just in the halls. But the whips simply did not attack any marine that got near, one marine took out 3 whips with the axe.

This was not a one off incident as it happened 4 times in 1 day, just thought ill report it.
