Using custom maps on server

Hey guys I am trying to get my server users to play on the map ns2_turtle and they can't seem to connect because it says "file not found" on their ends. However, I have the map installed on my PC and I connect just fine to my server when the map is in rotation. Is there a way to make it so that the custom map downloads to the clients when they connect?

I may be wrong, but I thought the server itself has to have the copy of the map files. If it does it will download them...vs copying them from some user who connects who has the map.

I do have it uploaded to my server and everything installed in the proper directories. It still doesn't download for them though.
