server downloaded workshop items

Just wondering...

If I use the webadmin and download a few mods and as an example: the black exo suit. Does the server push this mod to the connecting clients? Also, will a client not get to join the server if they do not have this mod themselves or will it let them join and they will see the regular exosuit?

    If you activate(note! Different from 'install') a Workshop-mod on your server, it will be relayed to all connecting clients and the clients will immediately download and temporarily activate the mod from the Steam Workshop, not from your server. This effectively means that all clients playing on your server will automatically use the mod which you activate on your server.

    Thank you so much for assisting me with this. I just didn't want to add any mods to my server if it just wouldn't let client connect that didn't have them. I appreciate the advice :)
