Commander votekick requires only 2 votes

Hi there, i've seen that to eject a commander it only requires 2 votes regardless to the number of teammates present in the game and i think it's a major flaw.
Let me explained what happened in some games :
We were 4 aliens on the team and our commander was probably a beginner (shade hive as first hive, 5min in the game he still didn't put RTs on the 2 closest res points and he was dropping whips so me and my buddy ask him nicely to let us command (we weren't on a rookie friendly server btw), we got no response and decided to votekick him. i jump into the hive and get kicked 5 sec after, the previous commander and the 4th player had the same tag so they were friends and raged kicked me (but that's not the main issue here).
We're now 2 out of 4 players unable to comm and you probably guess where this is going, me and my pal votekicked the second guy, my friends went commander and got kicked by them, we ended up with no one being able to comm at all (we were laughing our asses off)
Now on a 4 vs 4 it might be okay to need only 2 votes to kick a commander (even though i think 3 would be better) but on a 16+ server it just becomes silly and 2 people playing together can just kick whoever they want to get their seat as a commander. There's also a "loud mouth" phenomenon when an angry guy who's usually clueless about the game will just shout in the mic to votekick the comm and most a the time a new player will follow blinding thinking that the guy who talks the loudest is probably the most experienced.
i actually lost a game because of that, i was literally 5sec away from researching exos at like 10min with armor lvl 3 and wielders aviable and got kicked because a guy shouted that i was a noob for not building sentries, he jumped in and spent the res that i was going to use for exos to build 2 sentry nests, 4 min later onos came and we lost the game
TL;DR : We need a proportional number of votes required to kick a commander depending on the server size

[edit] by the way, I know that feel bro. In NS1 I commed for a competitive team... I was far from the best comm in the world, but I was far from the worst as well. I got ejected one game in a pub for not dropping turrets towards the late game. I swear to god that's the most mad I have ever been. But don't worry, the absolute fury does subside one day. :P
The problem with proportional vote systems is they almost always fail because there are always players that don't vote. If players don't vote then they should not be counted in the vote - but they do with a proportional system. The required Yes votes changes with how many people are present - regardless if they vote or not.

hehe yeah i guess we've all been there, msot of the time i try to be educational instead of just being angry (i explain that sentries have a 160° fov so most skulks can get rid of a nest alone and that they deal light type of damage so it requires 4 dmg to get rid of a single armor point which make them completely useless against onos and even fade etc) but when i'm a comm i don't always have time for that.

If the majority votes Yes or No then that should be the decision that passes.

a Yes or No kind of vote implies that when somebody launch a vote everyone will see it pops on their screen which will actually encourage new players to vote Yes ("if members of my team want to eject the comm he must be bad then"). The current system of hidden votes is better because if a comm is actually awful then the large majority of players will want to eject him
