Official UWE servers cannot connect ?

Just wondering if anyone has any clue why I might be unable to connnect to the official UWE servers. But
It seems to be only the Eastern and Central servers , I can connect to Western and all other servers just fine. Since I live
On tge East coast Id prefer to play there. The only error I get is failed to connect to server.
