2T vs 3T res for Alien Khamm abilities

Any chance we could get the 3 Tres cost for most Khamm structure passive ability usuage looked at? 3Tres is a 'momentum number' .. we only really use it if we are winning already, or at least have the 'momentum.' 2Tres I might consider, MIGHT, if I'm on the back foot. Not 3Tres though. Thats 1/3 of a harvester.

Plus I do not think they are game breaking abilities at all. 3Tres for an ink cloud? Really?

    An upgraded Whip is the same cost as getting an upgrade for everyone on the team
