What's the site that has NS2 server lists/performance graphs?

A few days ago I stumbled across a site which was a list of NS2 servers with live information about server name, number of players, map, etc.. If you clicked on any particular server, it would give you a graph of the number of players and the server performance/tick rate over the last several hours to roughly 2 days. It had a blue background.

I can't manage to find that site again. Could anyone help me out?

    It has problems updating though, possibly due to the massive amount of servers since launch.

    That's it, thanks. I guess I was remembering the blue text, or the blue background of the graphs, not the actual page.
