What helps performance?

I am just curious as to what helps FPS. I have a relatively good rig (I think). I have heard that Atmospherics and Ambient Occlusion help out a bit but for me, the infestation is what gets me. My rig is in the sig.

Whats good for you?
Rig appreciated

    Moving to tech support.

    I've got a topic here with a few suggestions: <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/index.php?showtopic=117259" target="_blank">http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/in...howtopic=117259</a>

    Phenom II X4 955 @ 3.4Ghz
    8GB RAM
    GTX 560ti
    Win 7 64 bit

I play at 1600*900 resolution, medium textures, minimal infestation, no atmospherics, no ambient occlusion, and everything else turned on. Roughly estimated, an average of about 50-60 fps, with drops to 30 fps late game (always drops to 30 fps late game, no matter what the settings). Gives me a bit of eye candy and workable fps, it's somewhat ideal for me. If I really want more of a fps boost, I turn off bloom and shadows as well. Or lower resolution.
