NS2 Preorder

I pre-ordered NS2 way before the steam launch, but never received the additional bonuses (soundtrack,artwork, black armor), except for the free key to gift to somebody. How should I go about getting what I paid for?

Uh, you don't get black armor. You get Deluxe Armor, which is just a little buffed up normal armor. You can change this in options.

As for Soundtrack & Artwork, it is in the NS2 folder.

You already have everything you paid for.
