Why do the new players dont communicate...

...sometimes AT ALL?
Since Ver 1.0 I played round after round (just a few exceptions) in which people do not communicate even if they have absolutely no idea of what they should do.
Its really annoying to see all these new players who deactivate their Rockie status, go comm, don't have ANY idea of what to do AND don't communicate.
I always try to steer them into a direction or try to help but its like they don't see chats and don't hear voice. They just ignore and continue doing things, someone does with "no idea";)
Somehow I get the feeling that the new people are the young console/LoL Generation: Do not talk/write, do not cooperate, just do you own thing in a context of other people who went through the same Gate. Or they expect some kind of Counter Strike.
Unfortunately this goes not only for people who play for the first rounds: I have seen enough players now, who played for a week and don't bother of what I just wrote.
If you are someone like that: PLEASE pay attention to the speaking and writing people and respond!
Your own experience of the game will raise big time!

Yes, Thank you Sir!
A tip I've found when asking for stuff from newer commanders is when you ask for something, mention which part of the map it is. Ie, "Need an RT in Ore Processing, northwest part of the map." If they don't know their cardinal directions, then they're in tough shape anyway.
Thats why I also say the cardinal direction, so they can find it even faster.
But it starts with things like: not building an 2nd IP or 1st Armory in base for 15 Minutes and keep ignoring everything: But is going for tons of sentrys. Just one out of many examples. If I wont see any progress the next 2 weeks I quit for a while and come back later to see what has changed or so...
Or maybe I should start joining onto the old Beta Servers;)

There should really be a training level that emphasizes the need for communication<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Yeah something like a BIG FAT message at every start of a tutorial video or their first couple of rounds: "COMMUNICATION IS KEY"
