Suggestion for Launchpad

Just a relatively simple feature suggestion for launchpad:
An argument that can be used to launch launchpad ("-publish") that would only open the publisher window in launchpad, with preferably also an argument to pass in to give a custom mod directory instead of requiring one made through launchpad ("-moddir "C:\mods\examplemod").
Why would this be useful? So that custom mod tools could be made a bit easier so that launchpad isn't entirely required to be used to create and make a mod, with only launchpad being used to publish the actual mod, as I don't see UWE letting the steam workshop publish method freely available.
