Server Listing Goes "Missing"

Hey guys so looking around and not able to find any way to fix this issue I am having yet, which is when I am looking for a game to join the server listing will after refreshing not show a thing. I've adjusted all the filters around and still nothing. I have to constantly restart the whole client, and even then sometimes I have to restart it multiple times just to show. I did have to redownload the game earlier since I had some weird bug where it would load the game, but nothing would come up other then a black screen.
