UI Improvements

Game is a lot of fun but I wish the UI was a little better.
1) My #1 request would be the ability to see player names on the map next to their character icon, perhaps as a toggleable option. This would make it much easier to communicate, both when playing a character and when playing commander.
2) Let me see what upgrades my team has unlocked. For example the decision to evolve to fade is often based on whether we have the blink ability, but right now there is no way to know that without asking the commander.
3) In commander view let me drag the mouse to scroll the window.
