Commanding with a German keyboards

Hey there,
we Germans have a little problem commanding because of this:

In the German Keyboard layout Z and Y are switched thus creating some problems in games that don't recognize the German layout.
Especially as a Commander, whose keys can't be remapped, we have some problems because of this concerning the "qwerasdfyxcv"-layout of the buttons, the Y does not work.
It's a small problem but I just wanted to bring it to attention so it could be put on the neverending list of things to do, if it isn't there already.
