Does celerity really stop working during combat?

<div class="IPBDescription">Doesn't feel like it</div>I know the official answer is yea it supposedly does. But in practice I don't really seem to lose any of my speed when killing marines with celerity, I jump around shotguns quite easily actually. So just wondering if it's only me that notices.

Yeah have went fights with no slow down until you get a stray bullet then its happens (which I think is the way it should be)

Try playing cele gorge, you will note it immediately.

Funny thing is now you mention it BB damage does stop celerity even if you urself don't take any damage
