Power Problem in server rooms

Alright so I wasn't quite sure as to wher this should go so here is a little bug I found while comming today in server rooms.
As is shown in the picture the observatory is offline power wise though it is clear that power for the server rooms are on. Just wanted to let the devs know in some way.
