2 upgrade ideas; Command Station Defense Matrix, and Pistol AP upgrade

I remember, at some point in the beta, you could defend a command station with a type of energy shield. I was playing Commander earlier and did not see it, nor have I seen it since beta ended. Maybe I just missed it. But my idea was a passive defensive shield.
Right now, Marines require at least 2 bases. The second one is always hard to defend from Aliens which you only need one to ###### up everything, unlike needing at least 3 marines to ###### up an Alien base. So basically, say for like, 15 resources, you could put up a shield around the second Command Center that lasted under siege from some attacks and regenerates, so a random Skulk can't destroy it within 15 seconds.
For the Pistol;
I recommend a 10 resource upgrade that gives it Armor Piercing ammunition, causing it to do 1.5x damage to Fades, Gorges, and Onos. Not much really, just a little "something", to make it more viable.
