Please help i have bugs with ping and and loading

i have some problems with it right now of the Nov 2 patch so now every server is 999 ping or 200 ping but i would have servers that were 13 ping before on top of this i don't load the levels at all please if some one has a fix tell me Thanks (i will link pic's to the post as proof of the loading problem

    This has been a common problem, but I forget what the graphical setting is that is at issue. Someone will get back to you shortly.

    Not sure about the ping issues though.
