Crosshair fixes

I've noticed two problems with cross-hairs thus far. First, the pistol cross-hair is easily lost. The half circle on the bottom can be picked up easily, but the dot in the center gets lost in the background too easily (making longer range shots more guesswork than skill).
The second problem is with the grenade launcher. Either there's a bug and I don't see it, or there isn't a cross-hair at all. This makes the grenade launcher <u>entirely</u> a lob-n-pray weapon. It would be nice to see a range finder type cross hair where you can fine tune where you want to send your nades. (think notches at 15m, 25m, 50m, etc).
