<div class="IPBDescription">When was this put in?</div>When blinking as a fade, their is a delay of maybe half a second before you can swipe. When was this implemented?

Not sure if its a bug or intended... but it is annoying as hell.

Pretty sure there isnt... I fade alot and I never noticed this.
Infact I often end up doing wierd ###### where I stop blinking, swipe and then continue blinking without realising I was attacking someone... (sorta like twich... for fade...) so I am almost sure it cant be true...

Sure you havn't just been running out of energy? Blink is hungry for energy you know... :P

Delay was put in purposely in beta, but was removed.

Right now there's an animation delay but the attack still goes through instantly.

hmm I thought they did take it out at one point... was too OP, I think it was also when you couldnt see the black cloud while the fade used blink... so basically out of no where a fade would be in front of u with a hit already... i could be wrong.

    shadow-step doesnt have a delay.. don't think

*edit* post above means i'm wrong. sorry. lol

Gorgeous mentioned it on the forums before 1.0 and I've already reported it internally. :)

Yeah, I think this is a bug, mf. It started showing up in 225(?). I can't remember exactly what I said, but I reported it in one of the patch threads. Sometimes it has a delay and sometimes it doesn't. Personally, I think the delay is unnecessary. Fades really need the instant blink swipe to do anything against jetpacks and upgraded marines.
