Black screen after Vsync

<div class="IPBDescription">Cant change my settings to default</div>So just recently I decided to change my game settings to see if I could improve my FPS.
I changed my vsync to tripple buffer and now the screen is constantly black and I cant reset the settings (to the best of my knowledge).
Ive tried uninstalling and re-installing but nothing works. Can someone please help me?
